Your task
As CFO, you are the financial conscience of the tilia Foundation. With your team, you ensure a key figure-based monitoring of the financial situation of the tilia Foundation. You realize potential for profit improvement (revenue and cost side), drive the improvement of economic efficiency, and monitor the careful use of resources. You act as a sparring partner for the Board of Trustees, Executive Board, and site management. As a member of the Executive Board, you actively shape the further development of the tilia Foundation.
Our requirements
You have a proven track record as a CFO or Head of Controlling; preferably in healthcare or you have a clear idea of how to quickly familiarize yourself with the new industry. You have experience in financing large investments and possess sound knowledge in accounting, especially Swiss GAAP FER and investment calculations. Ideally, you also have experience in leading digitization projects. You have an "entrepreneurial DNA" and are service-oriented. You have training in the field of "Accounting & Finance" (university degree, federally certified expert in accounting/controlling, auditing).
