Completed vocational training and several years of solid experience in a comparable position in a similar establishment with à la carte and banquet experience. You are a passionate cook, love working at the stove, are independent, efficient, and keep an overview even in hectic moments, lead your employees consistently and purposefully, are confident in calculations, well organized and structured, resilient and flexible.
