Your tasks
- Leading asset management with a total of around 25 employees in four specialized teams
- Development, maintenance, and implementation of the overarching asset management strategy
- Responsibility for medium- and long-term network planning and target network development as well as long-term investment, renewal, and maintenance strategies
- Translating strategic guidelines into project and maintenance programs and implementing them in collaboration with engineering, network operations, maintenance, and regional centers
- Long-term control of network costs including responsibility for tariff structures, tariffing, and network products
- Ensuring network efficiency and supply security within the framework of regulatory requirements
- Initiating and implementing innovation, digitalization, and transformation projects
- Responsible for technical documentation and data management
Your profile
- (Technical) university degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering, or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in asset management, network economics, network planning, or network operation of electrical distribution networks
- Proven leadership experience in a technical or network economic organization
- Solid knowledge of regulatory and network economic frameworks
- Very good knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and technical rules
- Experience with asset management, GIS, and network calculation systems
- Ideally additional qualifications in asset management, project management, or regulation
- Experience in market-oriented corporate development and service delivery
- Team-oriented, innovative, and implementation-strong leadership personality
