To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
Chef de Partie Patisserie 100% (m/f/i)
This demanding role includes the preparation and supervision of desserts, ice cream, baked goods, buffets, and amenities according to our restaurant concepts. The guidelines of our standards for events and catering (from self-service buffets to upscale 5* events) must always be adhered to. You work strictly according to our hygiene concept and are also responsible for mise en place, order, and cleanliness at the patisserie station. You lead and train the employees at your station and ensure smooth processes at all times. You support the patisserie management and are responsible for planning and organizing the work within your area of responsibility.
You speak German, understand English, are flexible, creative, service-oriented, and work calmly and efficiently even under time and work pressure. You show high commitment, are reliable, and enjoy working in a young team. A clean and well-groomed appearance is a matter of course for you. A completed professional training as a cook or confectioner/pastry chef and several years of experience in patisserie are required.
