We are in an exciting transformation phase from Account Management to Customer Success Management. Our goal is satisfied customers, and we want to accompany them on this path. For this reason, we are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Success Manager to strengthen our team and support this change.
Within your portfolio, you are responsible for customer satisfaction, customer retention, and customer growth along the customer journey. From onboarding, product usage, upsell and cross-selling to contract renewals.

What to expect from us:
- You accompany new customers in their first steps with bexio, showing them important features and best practices so they can use bexio safely and effectively.
- You mainly support customers by phone and email and use webinars as well as automated campaigns as additional tools.
- You drive up- and cross-selling revenues by recommending suitable additional products and services that match the customers' goals.
- You ensure contract renewals by contacting customers early, demonstrating added value, and addressing their needs.
- You collaborate with other teams (e.g., sales, support) to pass on customer feedback.
What we expect from you:
- You have completed basic training and further education in sales or a similar field.
- You have several years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in customer success, account management, or sales, ideally with a focus on the Swiss market. Experience in the SaaS environment is an advantage.
- You are a natural at building relationships with strong social and communication skills.
- You are organized, structured, meet deadlines, and always give your best.
- You are solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team.
- Your native language is German and you speak fluent English; French is a big plus.
