- Experience in private and occupational pension schemes is an advantage
- Strong affinity for financial and pension products
- Rooted in the region is an advantage
- Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
- Winning and resilient personality combined with a strong customer and service orientation
- High degree of independence and flexibility
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
