Assistant Director of Food & Beverage (m/f/d)
Gstaad, 100%, permanent position, from November 2025
Your Role
As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you support the operational and strategic management of our restaurants and bars. You lead a team of managers and employees, ensure the highest service and quality standards, and work closely with the Director of F&B and other departments. The goal is to maximize guest satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and operational control of the restaurants including staff leadership
- Ensuring and further developing service and hygiene standards
- Planning and execution of events in collaboration with the kitchen team & event management
- Budget responsibility as well as optimization of costs and revenues
- Training, motivating, and developing the team
- Implementation of marketing and sales strategies
Your Profile
- Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy, ideally with a degree (hotel management school)
- Several years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality or upscale gastronomy
- Strong operational competence in all F&B areas
- Very good knowledge of financial and quality management
- High guest orientation, strong communication skills, and leadership qualities
- Fluent German and English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
