Apprenticeship as a Forest Worker EFZ, Kyburg 2026
The Zurich forest is a recreational area for the population, a habitat for flora and fauna, and the fourth largest wood producer in Switzerland. During the training to become a forest worker EFZ, we will teach you all the important activities related to the care of the forests in the canton of Zurich.
You will learn all the tasks required for forest management and care. For this, you bring a good sense for nature and its habitats. We will show you the proper handling of machines and small tools, such as the chainsaw. Additionally, you will learn the proper maintenance of the equipment.
In these activities, you need a high level of responsibility. Are you physically fit, proficient in the German language in both spoken and written form, and do you enjoy spending time outdoors? Then you are exactly right with us.
