The AVALON Hotel in Bad Reichenhall is an established and very popular, central 4* Garni hotel, known for our excellent services and extraordinary hospitality. (completely renovated in 2020)

Your tasks include:

• Management and organization of the entire hotel operation
• Representative in the hotel
• Monitoring and optimizing service quality
• Management of the budget and financial performance
• Leadership and development of the hotel team
• Planning and implementation of marketing strategies to increase guest numbers
• Conceptualization and execution of events / conferences

Requirements profile:

• Completed studies in hotel management or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a managerial position in the hotel industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
• Fluent German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
