Medical Practice Assistant (Full or Part Time)

The Cantonal Health Center Appenzell ensures high-quality health care and support for the elderly for Appenzell and the Innerrhoden population. An essential part of our outpatient service spectrum is the health practice Appenzell. Our practice includes two general practitioners as well as various specialists.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Your tasks

• Practice reception
• Telephone triage and appointment scheduling
• Laboratory analyses, fully digital X-rays, EKG examinations
• Assistance in minor surgical procedures
• Management of the practice pharmacy
• Writing reports from dictation and practice correspondence

Your profile

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ or equivalent training
• Professional experience in a group practice is an advantage
• Experience in medication/pharmacy
• Good PC user skills
• Organizational talent and good professional competence
• Completed training in dose-intensive X-ray is an advantage or

the willingness to complete this

• Friendly and well-groomed appearance and demeanor
• High reliability, teamwork ability, and flexibility
