Tasks
- You lead the swimming facilities area both professionally and personally
- You are the central contact person and coordinate the interfaces between administration and swimming operations
- You ensure professional, safe, and customer-oriented swimming operations
- You are responsible for the budget, operations management, and maintenance of the facilities
- You assist in swimming operations as needed and take on deputy roles in operations and water supervision
Expectations
- Completed training as a swimming facilities specialist or an equivalent qualification (including BAKU, SLRG/igba PRO, BLS/AED, specialist permit for swimming water disinfectants BAG)
- Several years of experience in managing swimming or sports facilities
- Solid knowledge of the technology of operational, sanitary, and electrical systems
- Organizational talent, leadership skills, communication skills
- Very good IT application and German language skills
