• Implement, configure the various infrastructure components in compliance with the information systems urban planning and the current architecture.• Administer infrastructure tools and participate in the implementation of usage rules, in accordance with company standards and norms and respecting service contracts.• Monitor and analyze the performance of infrastructure components and diagnose causes of malfunction to propose improvement measures or alternative solutions.• Develop and execute systematic test procedures for infrastructure components.• Maintain the technical mapping and document infrastructure components.• Support the support actions of other operational teams in the Customer Service Division.• Participate in the commissioning of new components necessary for solutions developed by the Projects Division.• Participate in risk management implementation in infrastructure components by applying the policy and procedures defined by the company.• Ensure coordination of service providers within specific projects.• Report in a structured and periodic manner to the department management.Requirements• University-level training in computer science or information systems (or equivalent).• Experience in network architecture from concept to implementation (CCNA/CCNP certification).o Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).o Segmentation: Virtual LANs (VLANs), Software Defined Networks (SDN)…• Very good knowledge of security components and associated protocols: Firewall, Web Application Firewall (WAF), router, IDS/IPS, VPN / ZTNA, radius, proxy and reverse proxy, anti-spam gateways, certificate management, bastion (NSE7, CISSP or CISM certification).• Good command of monitoring tools, system control, security and network diagnostics.• Good knowledge in task automation: Orchestration, provisioning and equipment configuration.Good knowledge of Windows Server environments (MCSE or MCSA certification), Linux, and virtualization (VMware).• Good command of SAN storage environments and deduplication.• Good command of backup infrastructures.• Knowledge of communicating systems: messaging, Internet gateways, web servers, VOIP.• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, Microsoft 365, AzureAd, Intune).• Knowledge of processes and main best practice frameworks (ITIL).LANGUAGES :• French C2• English B2
