Your Tasks
- You manage a portfolio of commercial spaces
- You support and advise tenants and owners and coordinate the facility managers
- You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as periodic condition assessments including reporting
- You develop and manage the annual budget including forecasts and control and post creditors
- You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution
- You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on setting the rent structure
- You carry out lease contract changes, rent changes, and indexed rent adjustments
Your Profile
- You have a Swiss Federal Certificate in Real Estate Management or are on the way to obtaining it
- You bring initial professional experience in the real estate industry
- You have high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
- You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
- You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
- Your mother tongue is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
- You have self-learning competence and enjoy passing on your knowledge to others
