About the job

Your team

Operations ensure secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure that all activities comply with regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern and robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable and high-quality services for wealth management, asset management, and real estate.
As a member of the Information Delivery service within our Operations division, you will be integrated into the Multimedia Production team. You will thus join a service that brings together Output Management, Delivery Management, the Digitalisation Center, and Records Management.

Your role

Print and finish the bank's documents. Provide support to prepress.
• Preparation of print files.
• Production on color digital presses.
• Customer advice.
• Carrying out finishing work (saddle stitching, gluing, scoring, guillotine cutting).
• Knowledge of page layout (DTP).

Your profile

• Printer or polygraph CFC (mandatory)
• Mastery of the digital business environment
• Knowledge of prepress tools (Indesign, Adobe suite).
• Knowledge of the Microsoft environment
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• French: fluent; English: fluent.
• Residence in Switzerland required.
