Deputy Workshop Manager/Team Leader with Apprentice Supervision (m/f/d), 100%
Your task:
You are responsible for optimal resource planning in the workshop and take on the revenue as well as cost responsibility in the workshop area. In case of deviations from the set revenue targets, you initiate solution- and goal-oriented development measures and report directly to the Workshop Manager. Another part of your broad range of tasks is service-oriented and active customer care. As an experienced leadership personality, you take on the professional and personnel management of a team, support your employees with technical and diagnostic questions, and ensure continuous development as well as a high performance factor. With your hands-on mentality, you actively engage in daily business, feel the pulse of the action, and make a significant contribution to achieving goals.
