To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which is very active in private pension (3rd pillar), we are looking for our Individual Life Pension division a specialized contract management manager, who will collaborate with various cross-functional entities in a dynamic environment.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Be responsible for managing life contracts for several general agencies for which you are the privileged contact
- Analyze, process, and accept new business
- Ensure the complete administrative management of contracts (modifications, cancellations, and maturities)
- Actively collaborate with various work partners (e.g., Risk Analysis, Compliance, Benefits, Product Development)
- Proactively contribute to evolving our processes and products
- Participate in achieving our objectives related to the company strategy
Your profile:
- Proven experience in the field of individual life insurance (federal insurance diploma or equivalent training is an asset)
- Fluency in German spoken and written (native language or at least C1 level) with ideally good knowledge of French
- Proficiency in IT tools (Office 365) and ease working on multiple IT platforms
