In our Agile Hub, we drive innovative projects forward with agile methods to measurably improve customer experiences through digitalization. Are you passionate about the further development of our core system Syrius, think solution-oriented, and have an agile mindset?

• You further develop the vision and goals of Syrius based on our current strategy.
• You maintain the product backlog with great care and ensure clear prioritization considering stakeholders and strategic initiatives.
• Together with internal and external stakeholders, you review implemented solutions and validate their benefits.
• You develop concepts and measures for the further development of Syrius and complement them with appropriate KPIs.
• As a member of the Scrum team, you actively participate in events and take on the moderation of review, planning, daily, or retro.

• A degree in business informatics or computer science or a comparable education with experience in application responsibility
• Experience in the health insurance industry – especially in claims processing
• Familiarity with the role of Product Owner and agile methods in a Scrum team
• Solid Syrius knowledge, especially in claims billing and with the eClaim+ rule set
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
