Head of HR Services 80-100% (m/f/d)

gaw is a non-profit organization and has stood since 1987 for professional and sustainable work and housing integration for people with mainly psychological impairments in the Basel region. A diverse team of around 100 professionals contributes in the areas of retail/production, gastronomy, housekeeping, packaging and shipping, commercial professions as well as housing with around 230 supported work and training places and 35 semi-assisted living places.

We are looking for you as Head of HR Services 80-100%. Start: Immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks - versatile & meaningful

• You lead our three-person HR team and are responsible for the entire personnel and payroll administration
• Active participation in day-to-day business
• Ensuring the monthly payroll run with Abacus
• Advising managers and employees on all personnel-related issues
• Further development and optimization of HR processes, regulations and guidelines
• Management and implementation of projects along the HR lifecycle

Your profile - professionally competent & personally committed

• Several years of experience in HR administration and payroll accounting
• Leadership experience and sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security system
• Proficient handling of Abacus or similar HR systems
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent and enjoyment of teamwork
• Knowledge of GAV Gastro and cleaning is an advantage
