Our "Compliance Anti-Money Laundering Unit" is responsible for ensuring compliance with due diligence obligations regarding the fight against risks in the area of money laundering and terrorist financing, compliance with regulations in the area of FATCA/AIA/USQ, compliance with sanctions, as well as questions regarding cross-border business relationships.
How you enthusiastically
- You ensure the implementation and monitoring of regulatory requirements within the bank
- You advise and train front-line employees as well as all other departments on onboarding, GmeR (including PEP), TmeR, money laundering clarifications and reports, sanctions/embargo, tax compliance (AIA, FATCA, USQ), and cross-border issues
- You write and submit money laundering reports to the MROS or document No-AML reports
- You design and work on regulatory projects within the bank and conduct 2nd-line IKS controls
- You edit directives, manuals, workflows and instructions, document processes and procedures, and participate in creating reports
What you bring
- You have a legal education (MLaw / Bachelor in Business Law) or solid training and further education in compliance
- You have several years of professional experience as a compliance officer at a financial intermediary
- In-depth knowledge of financial market law (e.g., AMLA, FINMA AML Ordinance, VSB, cross-border, sanctions, AIA/FATCA) is required
- You are a committed personality who likes to take initiative, thinks entrepreneurially, and helps shape change. You like to take responsibility and preferably already have some experience in the digitization of compliance topics and data analysis
- You convince with your winning, independent, and team-oriented working style and have confident German (spoken and written) and preferably also French skills
