What you will do:

• You develop robust and scalable Salesforce applications focusing on custom development, API integrations, and DataWeave.
• You implement modern Lightning Web Components (LWC) and design intuitive user interfaces.
• You analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• You work closely with product owners, business analysts, administrators, architects, and consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.
• You implement automations, integrations, and marketing cloud segments that increase business value.
• You take responsibility for the entire development lifecycle – from requirements analysis through design and implementation to testing, deployment, and support.
• You support the Salesforce architect in architectural decisions.
• You lead a development team and provide coaching and mentoring to junior developers.
• You ensure that all solutions comply with Salesforce best practices and meet the highest security standards.
  

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Solid knowledge of Apex, APIs, DataWeave, and Salesforce automation.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is an advantage; alternatively, you have a focus on backend (Apex, APIs, MuleSoft, DataWeave).
• Salesforce developer certifications are a must (e.g., Platform Developer II); architect certifications are a plus (e.g., Application Architect).
• Experience with integrations, custom development, and segmented campaign management.
• A good understanding of system architectures, performance, and security.
• Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1).
• You are willing to occasionally visit clients on site.
