Your tasks
- Approach our customers in the reception area as well as recognize potential and determine needs
- Arrange appointments by phone and conduct comprehensive advisory discussions
- Advise private customers in the areas of numbers (account and card range), saving, investing, and retirement planning
- Accompany our customers into the digital world
- Acquire new customers as well as recognize and convey further customer needs
- Work as a practical trainer
- Handle cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions as well as manage ATMs, recyclers, and safe systems
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent education
- Several years of experience in consulting and selling basic financial products
- Enjoy active customer consulting and affinity for digital channels
- Flexibility and willingness for job rotation in the Uster and Egg ZH branches
- Your communicative, trustworthy manner and confident appearance are appreciated
- You score with your strong acquisition, sales, and service orientation
