• You run your operation with heart and mind
• You are responsible for the mise-en-place, operate the cash register, and handle the cash register accounting
• Through training and promoting your team, you actively steer its further development
• You are responsible for ordering and inventory
• You are in charge of preparing daily/monthly financial statements, work schedules, and other administrative tasks

• You have completed training in the gastronomy sector
• You have experience in a similar role
• You can communicate well in German
• You are a warm and dynamic host personality with organizational talent and good PC skills
