The JuWe Academy belongs to Research and Development (R&D). It organizes and accompanies over 100 events annually for the entire office. In Research & Development, we address questions from criminal and measures law, forensic psychology and psychiatry, as well as related fields. Our research and development projects are highly application-oriented.
R&D is embedded in Justice Enforcement and Reintegration (JuWe) and is thus part of the Directorate of Justice and the Interior. More information about us and our work can be found here: https://www.zh.ch/juwe-forschung
We are looking for a committed person for our team immediately or by arrangement, temporarily for one year.
This is your field of activity
- You work in a team that holds the organizational and administrative responsibility for the extensive training program of the JuWe Academy with over 100 events per year
- You ensure that the planning, execution, and follow-up of the events run smoothly
- You support speakers and participants from different professional groups and ensure professional communication
This is what you bring
- You have completed a commercial basic education (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience, ideally in event or training management
- You have very good IT user skills (especially MS Office)
- You master the German language confidently in spoken and written form
- You are resilient, pragmatic, and willing to help physically if needed (e.g., setting up event rooms)
