Your tasks: Project management and quality

In this central role, you are the engine of the construction site, as you hold all the strings:

Overall management: You lead and coordinate all contractor services to ensure a smooth construction process.

Cost control: With modern software (PROVIS), you monitor budgets very closely because economic efficiency is a priority for us.

Scheduling: You create and meticulously control schedules so that all milestones are reached on time.

Quality assurance: You monitor the execution on site according to the highest standards, as only top quality counts for the Solothurn region.

Communication: You confidently lead construction and contractor meetings because clear information flow is the basis for success.

Your profile – Experienced and assertive

To make an impact in the Solothurn region, you bring the following:

Education: You have a solid construction background as well as further training as a construction manager or technician TS.

Experience: You have sound knowledge in project management (ideally TU experience) and think entrepreneurially.

Digitalization: You are confident in using common construction software, as we promote modern and digital processes.

Appearance: You communicate confidently in spoken and written form because you act competently and persuasively as a negotiation partner.

Attitude: You are resilient and keep an overview even in complex situations because you are a real doer.
