• Prepare breakfast menu dishes following technical sheets under the supervision of the chef de partie.
• Ensure careful and uniform preparation of ingredients for each dish.
• Ensure that each dish meets taste expectations and aesthetic presentation, respecting the chef de partie's instructions.
• Maintain a consistent quality level throughout the service, ensuring each dish is ready on time and according to requirements.
• Report any anomalies or defects in ingredients or preparations to the chef de partie.
• Participate in recipe testing setup if necessary, and assist in recipe adjustments.
• Work closely with the chef de partie and the team to organize the service efficiently.
• Participate in the management, monitoring, and storage of foodstuffs under the supervision of the chef de partie.
• Assist with product reception and participate in product storage respecting storage standards and space constraints.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) at every stage of preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, equipment, and kitchen tools.
• Participate in cleaning the premises and proper maintenance of equipment, following cleaning and maintenance procedures.
