Role Description
- Conducting neuropsychological assessments in an outpatient setting under the supervision of a certified neuropsychologist for neuropsychologists in training
- Documentation and interpretation of results
- Writing neuropsychological assessment reports
- Conducting diagnostic interviews with patients
- Administrative tasks
- Supervision and training of neuropsychologists in training for certified neuropsychologists
Your profile
- Master's degree in cognitive psychology (or equivalent) + MAS in neuropsychology would be an asset
- Competence in administering and scoring the ADOS desired or to be acquired
- Holder of specialist title, an asset
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a neuropsychology service
- Knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders, especially ADHD, ASD and/or willingness to train in this field
- Ability to share neuropsychological knowledge with both professional audiences and patients and their families
- Ease and interest in cognitive remediation, psycho-education of neuropsychological impairments in outpatient psychiatry
- Ability to work independently but also within teams
- Language skills: any language spoken fluently in addition to French is an asset
