Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company offering private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as placing specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a responsible and empathetic Training and Continuing Education Officer Nursing 50-60%, limited until the end of 2026.
Tasks
- Coordination of trial assignments
- Ensuring the training mandate for apprentices in the health and social sector (FaGe, FaBe, AGS)
- Practical guidance for FaGe/FaBe catch-up training
- Introduction and support of trainers
- Recruitment of new apprentices in cooperation with nursing management
- Organization of internal and external internships
- Participation in project and working groups
- Leadership and organization of meetings and exchange forums with ward managers
- Conducting the learning workshop according to the training year
- Collaboration with OdA and canton (including data delivery)
- Organization of parent evenings, future day, and induction week
- Contact person for all apprentices
Requirements Profile
- Completed nursing education at tertiary level
- Several years of experience as a trainer
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Good IT user skills
- High sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and resilience
- Independent and structured way of working
- Openness to innovation and further development
