Job description
We are looking for a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Geneva. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, ensuring efficient management of user requests and guaranteeing quality service.
Your missions
Provide first-level IT support (by phone, email, ticketing tools).
Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and network incidents.
Escalate complex incidents to higher levels.
Install and configure workstations, peripherals, and standard software.
Document and update procedures and solutions provided.
Follow up on support tickets until closure and ensure user satisfaction.
Your profile
Education in IT (CFC, Bac+2 or equivalent).
Previous experience in technical support (including internships).
Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service.
Fluency in French, both spoken and written; English is a plus.
