Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate work on construction sites, ensuring respect for deadlines, budgets, and quality
- Supervise on-site teams and ensure smooth communication between various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.)
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with current safety standards
- Manage administrative and financial aspects of construction sites, including invoicing and budget tracking
You bring
- Diploma as Construction Site Manager or equivalent training
- Proven experience in construction site management in Switzerland (minimum 5 years)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and organization
- Entrepreneurial spirit and team mindset
- Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations
