We need you for the mobility transition and the development of charging infrastructure in Germany and Europe.

YOUR MISSION

• You take over the technical and disciplinary management as well as the further development of two project teams.

• You ensure effective collaboration, targeted communication, and appropriate allocation of resources.

• You are responsible for meeting schedules and budgets.

• You ensure a profitable project portfolio by optimizing project execution, identifying new project opportunities, and aligning all projects with overarching business and revenue goals; in doing so, you continuously increase operational efficiency.

• You continuously evaluate and develop project management methods, tools, and processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability of project execution.

• You act as the primary contact person for customers within the projects you manage.

• You professionally represent the company's technical and operational implementation know-how internally and externally.

• You ensure that customer requirements are recorded, understood, and translated into successful project solutions.

• You lead the dispatching team that supports all operational processes of project execution (including deployment planning, project monitoring, and monitoring of relevant KPIs), and ensure smooth interaction between project teams, dispatching, and other interfaces.
  

  YOUR ENERGIZED PROFILE

  • Completed training in electrical engineering or a degree in electrical engineering or energy technology

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the field of charging infrastructure, energy, or electrical engineering

  • Solid project management know-how (planning, control, controlling of projects)

  • In-depth technical knowledge in the field of charging infrastructure (systems, components, interfaces)

  • Good market and industry knowledge in the field of electromobility/charging infrastructure

  • Strong financial competence (budget planning, business cases, project calculation)

  • Legal and regulatory knowledge in relevant energy and charging infrastructure law
