Your tasks
- Ensuring and optimizing the availability of OR capacities, daily OR coordination tasks
- Organizational and personnel management of the OR nursing and anesthesia nursing teams
- Future-oriented, strategic further development of the OR area
- Regular preparation of OR reports and evaluations
- Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration in the multiprofessional OR team
- Implementation, monitoring, and further development of quality standards
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the medical field
- Ideally: degree in management
- Several years of experience as an OR coordinator (m/f/d) or OR manager (m/f/d) with personnel responsibility
- Experienced, motivating management of interdisciplinary teams as well as experience in cross-professional collaboration
- Strong communication and organizational skills, especially regarding duty roster and working time organization
- Experience in OR controlling
