What you do with us

As a Workspace Manager, you operationally lead one of our premium locations and ensure that members and guests feel welcome, supported, and valued every day.

You are both a host and quality manager, ensuring that our service level meets our brand promise.

The following tasks fall within your area of work:

·Responsible for a first-class member experience on site

·Ensuring a consistent, high-quality service standard

·Main contact person for members, guests, and partners

·Operational responsibility for the entire location

·Daily maintenance of order and a pleasant atmosphere

·Coordination of external partners (cleaning, technology, maintenance, etc.)

·Support for internal and external events

·Access and mail management, data maintenance, and ordering

·Information flow from the spaces to the management team

What you bring with you

·Several years of experience in front office and/or hotel management

·Confident appearance, professional manners, and strong service orientation

·Enjoyment of responsibility and operational leadership of a location

·High degree of independence, solution orientation, and resilience

·Fluent German skills & very good English

·Enjoyment of people, design, and premium service
