- Independent work as well as teamwork in the pastry department
- Production of pastries, cakes, pies, and cream desserts
- Preparation of salads, canapés, and sandwiches
- Production of doughs, mixtures, creams, and fillings as semi-finished products
- Production of long-lasting fine baked goods
- Packing and preparing deliveries
With appropriate development, taking over the department management is possible:
- Organization of the daily routine and employee deployment planning
- Quality control and interface to production management

- Completed training as a confectioner-pastry chef EFZ
- Willingness to work weekends (365-day operation) as well as night shifts (work start between 01:00 - 02:00 am)
- Quick comprehension and initiative
- Entrepreneurial thinking and high loyalty
- Flexibility, resilience, and a pronounced sense of order and cleanliness
- Enjoyment of teamwork and creative tasks
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Impeccable reputation
- First leadership experience is an advantage
