Tasks
- You accompany our residents in everyday life and support them in practical areas of life
- You promote their personal development and self-determination
- You take on nursing and medical tasks
- You plan and organize leisure activities
- As a reference person, you plan the annual process and implement the assistance concept
- You work closely with relatives, legal representatives, and professionals
- You analyze and accompany individual cases
Requirements Profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH, FaBe or FaGe
- Experience working with people with cognitive impairments and/or challenging behavior
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (no night shifts, mostly continuous shifts)
- Structured, responsible, and reflective way of working
- High social competence, resilience, and enjoyment of teamwork
