Warehouse Logistics Clerk 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

About the Position

As part of our dedicated team, you play a central role in the smooth flow of goods, from incoming goods inspection to shipping. The focus of your area of responsibility is on administrative tasks: You process inquiries, prepare picking, take care of rebooking items, and plan transport. With state-of-the-art technology, a high quality standard, and great team spirit, you ensure that our products arrive on time and reliably where they are needed.

What You Can Achieve

• Responsible for timely goods receipt and storage

• Picking, packaging, and shipping preparation of products and components

• Operation of industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, high-lift trucks)

• Inventory control and conducting stocktaking

• Participation in the optimization of warehouse and logistics processes

• Bookings in the ERP system (e.g., SAP) according to defined work instructions

• Compliance with internal safety, quality, and environmental regulations

• Close cooperation with internal departments such as purchasing, production, and quality

What You Bring

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification

• Professional experience in an industrial warehouse environment is desirable

• Valid forklift license (required for this position)

• Good ERP knowledge, ideally SAP

• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working

• Teamwork skills, resilience, and a high sense of responsibility
