In product management investments, we develop and implement investment solutions tailored to the needs of our customers. The Projects & Engineering Investments team contributes to the further development of our investment solutions and, as an interface to IT, ensures effective implementation of change initiatives. As a Business Engineer, you make an important contribution to strengthening our bank's strong market position in the investment business – especially regarding further development in digitalization.
You are looking for an exciting and broad-ranging activity and want to use your skills in business analysis as well as seize the opportunity to contribute your ideas and bring them to life and implement them with motivated colleagues?
Your tasks
- Precisely analyzing customer needs and dealing with the specialist requirements for investment solutions and advisory processes
- Organizing, moderating, and conducting requirements workshops with relevant stakeholders
- Participating in the professional conception and specification of epics, features, and stories
- Developing GUI prototypes considering customer journey and user experience approaches
- Actively accompanying your change requirements from inception to introduction – you are a guarantor for end-to-end implementation and conduct the necessary tests and training measures
- Interface function in the organization between specialist departments (e.g., product management, sales, legal department, interaction designer) and IT – ensuring cross-departmental coordination and communication
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business administration, or business informatics
- At least five years of experience in project business – preferably in the investment business at financial institutions, knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector is an advantage
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as methodological competencies, e.g., GUI prototyping, BPMN, UX design, user story writing, use case modeling, etc.
- Knowledge of agile project implementation (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban) is an advantage
- High personal responsibility, flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Confident and assured appearance and eloquent communication in German
- Strong service orientation, can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills
