Your team
The Reconciliation team’s mission is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Bank’s securities, funds, and private assets positions. It controls, identifies, and quickly resolves discrepancies and anomalies, while contributing to the optimization and securing of operational processes.
The operations ensure secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure that all activities comply with regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern and robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable and high-quality services for wealth management, asset management, and real estate.
Your role
• Ensure control and reconciliation of securities, funds, and Private Equity positions.
• Validate non-automated transactions and process Swift confirmations.
• Assign and monitor suspense items, in collaboration with the units responsible for their resolution.
• Guarantee a quick and efficient resolution of anomalies, discrepancies, and various incidents.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement and automation of reconciliation processes.
Your profile
• Higher education (HEG, HES or equivalent training).
• Proven experience in banking operations.
• Strong interest in financial products and private assets.
• Excellent command of IT tools, especially MS Office.
• Ease in data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Native French speaker, with very good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Team spirit, service orientation, and flexibility.
• Ability to manage priorities, precision, and rigor in activity follow-up.
• Residence in Switzerland required.
