We are looking for an experienced and committed personality as ICT Manager/Coordinator starting immediately or by arrangement. The position is limited to one year with the option of extension or conversion to a permanent position. The start date is March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Tasks
- You will play a key role in the development of the new business management solution as well as other new specialist applications and support them after their introduction both professionally and partially technically (Product Owner during the project phase and responsible for specialist applications during the operational phase).
- You coordinate the professionally and technically responsible users for our specialist applications and also take on this role yourself for individual applications
- In daily operations, you keep an overview of ongoing support tickets, assist users in analyzing their problems, and monitor the resolution process in the ticket system
- You are the contact person for ICT concerns for our partner organizations. In this role, you accompany technical changes and assess their risks and opportunities for management
- You lead individual projects for the digitization of processes and IT security as a project manager
- You analyze processes, identify digitization and automation potential, develop solution options in line with the requirements of the specialist department, and ensure their implementation
- You support management in the management of the IT project portfolio
- You ensure the organization and coordination of the IT infrastructure in the Veterinary Office
Requirements
- Completed training in business informatics or completed vocational training, e.g., as a media technician or computer scientist, or equivalent professional experience or several years of experience in a similar role
- Strong conceptual skills and an analytical, solution-oriented approach
- Strong understanding of security and data protection requirements in administration
- Proven professional experience as a project manager with an affinity for digitization, computer science, and strategic aspects of information and communication technology (IT infrastructure, software development, databases, networks, etc.)
- Communicative and assertive personality who tackles the challenges of change management with commitment
- Enjoyment of working with people and a service-oriented mentality
