The gastronomy consists of the Mensa Molki, the Bistro Chez Toni, a cafeteria, and the cascading gastronomy. Furthermore, numerous internal and external caterings are carried out. In line with the ZFV philosophy, meals are prepared fresh on-site using regional, ecologically sensible, and fairly traded products.

- Working in the cold and hot kitchen
- Completing daily mise en place
