The Department of Elderly and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services mainly for elderly people through Spitex and in the five senior centers. For Spitex City of Winterthur, we are looking for a nurse HF/FH with advanced expertise focusing on psychiatric care starting April 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
Nurse HF/FH with advanced expertise focusing on psychiatry (40 - 70%)
Your Tasks
- Assessment and care of mentally ill clients at home
- Responsible for the quality and implementation of the nursing process
- Analyzing complex care situations and initiating evidence-based interventions
- Maintaining interprofessional cooperation within the Spitex nursing teams
- Professional support of employees in psychiatric and gerontopsychiatric matters
Your Profile
- Degree as a nurse HF or FH with at least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatry (inpatient or outpatient)
- Very good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
- High self-organization and personal responsibility, teamwork, flexibility, and resilience (goal-oriented, independent, and service-oriented working style)
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver’s license
