These are your tasks
- Lead cross-departmental projects and strategic initiatives
- Continuously analyze the market, capture the needs of our customers, create benchmarks, and thus secure the future success of our products gas, district heating, and electricity as well as the associated services
- Take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle – from idea development through marketing strategy to successful market positioning
- Be responsible for the success of the products in your own area of responsibility
- Continuously optimize processes together with the involved teams
- Drive cross-departmental projects forward and participate in strategic initiatives
What sets you apart
- Business or technical education at the university of applied sciences or university level
- Solid experience in product and project management
- Very good knowledge of the energy sector in the area of commodities (gas, district heating, electricity)
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
- Experience in a consulting company is an advantage
- Team player and enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external partners
- Excellent written and spoken German skills and strong communication ability
