About the job
Your tasks
• Monitoring/supervision of the bath and sauna area
for safety
• Conducting sauna infusions and rituals
• First aid and life-saving immediate measures
in emergencies
• Competent information on area-relevant infrastructure
and offers
• Active guest care, advice, information and towel service
• Daily water sampling & keeping
service-relevant protocols
• Providing and supplying laundry carts
• Execution of tasks according to the weekly cleaning plan
Bath / Sauna
• Smooth cooperation with internal cross-departmental
departments
Your profile
• Professional basic training desired
• Swimming certificate IGBA Pro or SLRG Pool Plus required
• Subject-specific training and further education in
medical and/or bath and sauna operations
advantageous
• Professional experience in the wellness industry and/or bath and
sauna area
• Further training in the Wedel technique advantageous
• Affinity for sauna and wellness
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills required
• Basic PC user skills and technical understanding
