Project Manager Bidding

As the supervisor of our customers, you lead and monitor the projects assigned to us and ensure the economically optimal use of the available resources. You will be supported by the administration for all administrative matters, and a modern infrastructure as well as first-class technical equipment are available to you. The workplace is in Zurich but may vary depending on the project.
Your main tasks include:
- Processing of bids and technical documents (construction programs, technical reports, sustainability analyses, etc.)
- Leading project teams with external planners, specialists, and companies
- Supporting the quotation process and developing contractor variants
- Leading and monitoring the construction contracts assigned to us from AVOR to handover of the structure
You bring the following qualifications:
- Dipl. Civil Engineer ETH / FH, Geologist or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the construction industry
- Very good German skills
- Good IT skills
- Very good analytical skills
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Precise working method, resilient, team- and customer-oriented
- Competent contact person for clients and business partners
