It employs around 230 collaborators. tarifsuisse sa is the largest purchasing organization for health insurers in mandatory health insurance (AOS) and is part of the santésuisse group. It negotiates prices on behalf of its clients and provides services such as tariff controlling and cost-effectiveness evaluations in the field of Service Management. For our Service Purchasing department, we are looking immediately or by agreement for our Lausanne site, a

Negotiation Manager (80 – 100%)

Field of activity:

• Tariff negotiations with care providers in inpatient and outpatient areas in collaboration with a delegation of insurers
• Preparation of negotiation bases
• Analysis and evaluation of calculation bases
• Calculation of tariffs and conducting company comparisons
• Documentation of ongoing negotiations for the negotiation commission
• Drafting positions for cantonal tariff-setting procedures
• Monitoring relationships with insurers, service providers, and cantons

Profile sought:

• Solid training (basic or advanced) in economics and/or law
• Experience in tariff negotiations would be an asset
• Several years of professional experience
• Analytical skills and methodical work
• Fluency in French for writing complex documents
• Perseverance and ability to communicate diplomatically
• Good level of German to work with German-speaking colleagues
