About the job
These are your tasks
- Responsible for the entire procurement process for materials, construction services, and services from needs analysis to contract conclusion
- Conduct contract and price negotiations as well as ensure contract management
- Create complex request for quotations and analyze and evaluate incoming offers
- Independently carry out tenders and submissions according to IVöB
- Take responsibility for the mini-tender procedure including managing supplier presentations and preparing award decisions
- Conduct market and competition analyses and systematically consider sustainability aspects in procurement processes
This is what sets you apart
- Completed commercial basic training, preferably supplemented by further training in procurement
- Several years of professional experience in procurement; ideally in the public sector
- Sound knowledge of public procurement law (IVöB or BöB/VöB)
- Very good MS Office skills as well as experience with SAP MM (R/3 or S/4), SAP Ariba is an advantage
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness, organizational strength
- Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
