We are looking for our future talent to lead the activity and the Testing department of a new application for vehicle electrification. Ready to take on the challenge?

As a Test and Validation Engineer, you will be the leader of the test laboratory to test/lead/plan the activity with the existing test team from the pre-project phase (RFQ) to Series Life.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Perform DV-PV and Engineering tests
• Plan and manage all tests (engineering, DV, PV) ensuring their proper execution and compliance.
• Represent the test and validation function during technical exchanges with clients, as the system technical referent.
• Optimize test resources to improve the team's performance, flexibility, and responsiveness.
• Support the T&V technician team by fostering skill development and expertise growth.

• Have experience in performing product validation tests (environmental / mechanical / electrical)

• Provide planning insight on the Test & Validation activity in projects.

• Acquire understanding of our product related to the application

• Be able to present results to different clients and be proactive regarding targeted and measured results

• Understand test means and use them optimally.

• Have a collaborative spirit, a taste for fieldwork, and be oriented towards continuous improvement

• English is essential

• Tools: Use or knowledge of application tools Vector, Labview, CAN/CANFD communication Use of necessary means to perform measurement chains conforming to needs (sensors / transducers / generators)

• Know how to use and interpret analyses from T&V instruments / sensors (oscilloscope / shaker / climatic chamber / performance bench)
