Your area of responsibility

At our headquarters in Aadorf, we are looking for an implementation-strong personality with a pronounced "hands-on" mentality. At the moment, we are completely revising all processes and value flows as well as our financial tools. For this, we need your willingness to shape and your strategic foresight to position us correctly for the future. You will report directly to the Group CFO.

• You ensure a high-quality finance and accounting, financial controlling, and treasury for the Griesser brand
• You lead the central team and work closely with the finance teams of the national companies
• Your team and you prepare financial reporting and you are responsible for the consolidated annual financial statements of the group as well as the statutory financial statements in Switzerland and Austria
• You support the Group CFO in the planning processes (forecasts, budget, and medium-term planning) and continuously develop them further
• You support executives with questions about financial key figures as well as deriving corrective measures
• You ensure compliance in the areas of finance, tax, and internal controls
• You actively participate in the further development of the ERP in the finance area as well as the consolidation tool

What you bring

• Completed business studies with a focus on accounting, finance, or controlling
• Certified public accountant or Big4 background is an advantage
• Professional experience in finance at the group level, especially consolidation, is required
• First leadership experience is an advantage
• Very confident handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage)
• Strong social skills
• Very good German and English skills – French skills are an advantage
