Vocational School Teacher mbA for Vocational Instruction in Gardening 60 - 80%The Gewerbliche Berufsschule Wetzikon, with around 2500 students in basic education and 1000 course participants in continuing education, is a leading vocational school for future-oriented teaching and learning. We stand for demanding and targeted education for all who want to advance professionally.
Starting from the 2026/27 school year (from mid-August 2026), we are looking for a committed vocational school teacher mbA for vocational instruction. The position includes teaching in basic education as well as active collaboration within the gardening department and the entire school.
Your tasks
You accompany our learners in their professional field. In doing so, you take responsibility for promoting both professional training and personal development. As a vocational school teacher mbA (with special tasks), you engage with the team, develop teaching, and actively shape the school culture of GBW.
Your profile
You have a qualified professional degree as a master gardener HFP, landscape architect FH, horticultural technician HF, or a comparable qualification, a teaching diploma for vocational instruction at vocational schools as your main profession, and teaching experience. You also show enthusiasm for your subject, understand the needs of learners, and are willing to further develop your own teaching. We are looking for an open, curious, and reliable addition to our team. Interest in interdisciplinary topics and experience with digital media complete your profile.
