Tasks

  • Plan production based on available capacities and confirm dates to sales.
  • Ensure delivery deadlines to warehouse for semi-finished or finished products.
  • Take action on time-critical orders and support external manufacturing.

Skills

  • Completed mechanical vocational training, ideally with a technician qualification.
  • Experience in supply chain within production environments.
  • Fluent in French or German with good knowledge of the other.

  • Confirmation of planned dates to sales
  • Responsible for meeting delivery dates to the warehouse for semi-finished or finished products
  • Taking measures for time-critical orders and/or in case of production equipment failure
  • Monitoring production orders and early notification in case of deviations
  • Supervision of external production of individual products
  • Preparation of required production documents including necessary raw materials
  • Assistance with cross-departmental tasks and process developments
  • Creating and maintaining material masters, work plans (definition of production process), and bills of materials according to information from specialist departments
  • Conducting feasibility analyses for sales

    Your field of activity

    What you bring with you

    • Completed mechanical vocational training, ideally with further education as a technician HF
    • Experience in "Supply Chain" in production companies
    • Good SAP knowledge
    • High personal responsibility, assertiveness, strong problem-solving skills, and proactive action
    • Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
    • Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language
