Task Description
We are looking for a motivated student to join our recruitment team for a part-time position. This role is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience alongside their studies and contribute to exciting projects within Switzerland's leading construction company.
Location: Crissier
Working time: 30 to 40%
Contract duration: 12 months (fixed-term)
Salary: 3,250 CHF per month (based on full-time)
Mission:
- Support the team in daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with data analysis, report creation, and onboarding of new employees
- Contribute to ongoing projects in areas such as recruitment, finance, data analysis, or business operations
- Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to ensure smooth process flow
- Help innovate to improve process efficiency
You bring:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program, ideally in business, economics, finance, human resources, marketing, data analysis, or a related field
- Fluency in French
- Proficiency in English or German suitable for professional communication
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proactive mindset, able to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP Successfactors is appreciated
